On Saturday I went on a hike with Angel, my good friend from college, and some of her friends from work. We hiked Mt. Olympus in Salt Lake. We had so much fun and it was great to give myself a challenge. I haven't hiked a lot lately and I just barely started using my elliptical so I was not in great shape for hiking and I could feel it. (and I can reeeally feel it today) Angel and I decided to start going on a hike once a week because we had so much fun....anyone that wants to come is more than welcome.
